This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service and should be read in conjunction with our main Terms of Service: https://tendercases.com/policies/terms-of-service. Please review this policy carefully when purchasing from TenderCases, as it applies to any orders placed with us.

Shipping & Handling Times

At TenderCases, we are proud to offer free standard shipping on all orders worldwide. In some cases, a third-party supplier may manage our inventory and handle the shipping of your order.

Order Cut-Off: Monday – Friday at 12:00 PM EST. Purchases made after this time will begin processing the next working day.

Handling Window: 3 Working Days (Monday – Friday). This timeframe is required for our team to verify payment, select, and package your order safely.

Transit Window: 1–9 Working Days (Monday – Friday). This measures the time from when the package leaves our dock to its arrival at your address.

Total Delivery Estimates

Formula: Handling Window + Transit Window

Expectation: Packages typically arrive within 4 to 12 business days after ordering.

Note: All delivery dates serve as estimates only and may fluctuate.

For customers in the EU and UK: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless otherwise noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery date. Deliveries will be made within 30 days from the date your order is accepted. For more details, please refer to our Terms of Service.

Order Status and Tracking

Due to the high volume of orders, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed, especially during launch events. However, all orders include shipping and tracking information. Please check your email for updates.

  • Tracking Updates: Allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated after your order has been shipped.
  • Stay Informed: We recommend signing up for email notifications to receive real-time updates on your package’s status.

Note: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience issues tracking your order, please contact the courier listed in your shipping confirmation email.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused or deemed undeliverable, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which vary based on the original shipping method. We will deduct these shipping fees from your refund, along with an $8 fee for undeliverable packages. To receive your items again, please place a new order with the correct shipping address.

International Shipping

We proudly offer worldwide shipping completely free of charge! For questions about the customs process, contact us via contact@tendercases.com

Customs duties for US, UK and EU shipments are prepaid from our side. International deliveries to other regions may be subject to customs rules, additional taxes, and duties over which we have no control. As the customer, you are responsible for complying with your country’s laws and paying any additional costs or taxes.

  • Some shipping methods may not be available for specific items.
  • Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday - Friday).

Delayed Orders

If there is a delay with your order, we will notify you as soon as possible with a revised delivery estimate.
